Subscription Returns

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within the first 30 days from the date of the initial purchase or renewal of your subscription. The amount of the return will be the cost of the subscription minus the amount proportional to the days of use of the software.

Return Procedures After 30 Days

After the first 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal of your subscription, a refund can only be requested in the event that CAD-Earth has a problem that prevents its correct use and cannot be solved by our technical department in a timely manner.

How to Request a Return

Returns can be requested by contacting our sales team at sales@cad-earth.com. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your order number or subscription ID
  • The date of purchase or renewal
  • Reason for the return request
  • Any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)

Licenses Purchased from Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your CAD-Earth subscription from an authorized dealer or reseller, you should contact your dealer directly and ask for their return policy. Dealers may have their own return procedures and terms.

Important Notes

  • All return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
  • Refunds are processed after verification of the request
  • The refund amount is calculated based on the days of actual software use
  • Technical support will attempt to resolve any issues before processing a return
  • Returns due to technical problems require documentation of the issue
