Save georeference parameters

Toolbar:

Menu: CAD-Earth > Georeference drawing > Save georeference parameters

Command line: CE_SAVEGEOPARAMS

CAD-Earth version: Basic, Plus, Premium.

Command description:

When this command is selected a file selection dialog box will be shown to save a DGW text file containing conversion parameter values.

The georeference parameters are translation, rotation and scale values used to convert between drawing and latitude/longitude coordinates in the real world.

Tips:

The current drawing must be georeferenced before using this command.

You can export parameters from this file to any drawing that shares the same geolocation using the load geoparameters from file command, avoiding the steps to georeference the drawing using other methods.

The parameters can also be saved to file using the edit georeference parameters command.
