Command line: CE_LOADGEOPARAMS
CAD-Earth version: Basic, Plus, Premium. |
Command description:
When this command is selected a file selection dialog box will be shown to select a DGW text file containing conversion parameter values to import to the current drawing.
The georeference parameters are translation, rotation and scale values used to convert between drawing and latitude/longitude coordinates in the real world.
After loading parameters from a file the current drawing will be georeferenced and these parameter values will be used by some CAD-Earth commands to place images, objects and meshes accurately.
Tips:
•You can save parameters to a file after georeferencing a drawing and then load the parameters in other drawings that share the same geolocation, avoiding the steps to georeference the drawing using other methods.
•The parameters can also be loaded using the georeference drawing and edit georeference parameters CAD-Earth commands.
•Use the 'Show georeferenced objects' command to see drawing entities located in a map and make sure you have loaded the right georeference parameters.
